We need volunteer crew members for race events. 

Race event positions and duties may include: 

• Crew - Chassis adjustments
• Crew - Fuel management
• Crew - Tires
• Crew - Engine tuning and gearing
• Crew - Quad driver, line ups, scoring
• Crew - Photographer / Videographer

Having a host or hostess with experience at a dirt track is a huge asset to the team, especially if they are familiar with the track that we are racing at. 

This person(s) needs to be positive and outgoing to assist in keeping our volunteer crew members happy and hydrated. They will also need to familiarize themselves with the track, facility and pit rules.

As do all crew members, this person(s) will also assist with general housekeeping of the teams pit area.    

You are the face of our team and the director of first impressions. 

Merchandise sales representative and or brand ambassador is a very important role when volunteering for Farm Team Racing as merch sales are the lifeblood that fuels our race team. It is important that our fans and supporters are reminded that they are our team partners. 

Additionally, we always have an open chair for former local dirt track racing legends at the Farm Team Racing booth. Bench racing is encouraged!
