Our garage crew is made up of retired racers and tradesmen who volunteer to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and fabrication tasks on the racecar as well as the other necessary equipment required to operate our race team.  

Farm Team Racing receives many donated used parts and components that we are grateful for and happily refurbish and utilize. 

Additionally, we want to thank the many people within our community that help to keep our team well stocked with supplies, lubricants, motor oil and shop towels.

We need volunteers for race events as most members of our garage crew are often not able to travel with the team to race events because of age, health conditions, work and or family commitments. 

Join us at the track to assist with race event duties, some of which include: 

• Crew Chief 
• Crew - Chassis adjustments
• Crew - Fuel management
• Crew - Tires
• Crew - Engine tuning and gearing
• Crew - Quad driver, line ups, scoring
• Host / Hostess 
• Photographer / Videographer
• Event organizer /  Manager
• Merch sales /  Brand ambassador

Farm Team Racing does not have a permanent full time driver. We procure drivers from karting clubs, motocross associations, and other grassroots motorsports classes. Additionally, some of the top drivers we have hosted and tested with have been SIM Racers (especially those with iRacing dirt experience).   

Our program is an entry level racing operation and may not be the desired choice for seasoned veteran competitors. While we take pride in fielding equipment that is safe, well built and well maintained; the majority of our equipment, parts and components are used hand me down donations from other race teams and racers. We strive to keep our operating costs down so our team can afford to take a chance on aspiring talent.
